Once the animal/animals are in their care prior to dispatch they are in safe hands so you have no worries there. No animal is overly stressed by their handling method, and you wont be stressed as all of the staff are more than helpful for the new comer unsure of paper work procedure . They know what they are doing your mind will be at ease.The on-site butchery team will also know how to deal with your cutting list requirements and will also double check with you if an unusual cut is required so that no mistakes are made.
